How to use? Dissolve 1 tablet in 500ml of water. Tablets take approx. 5-7 mins to dissolve.
- Travel: Take 1 tablet every 2-3hrs during flight (whilst awake). For even better results, we recommend taking 1 litre of 1Above (dissolving 2 tablets in 1 litre of water) 1-2 days on either side of travel.
- Work: Take 2 tablets daily. Morning, lunch or afternoon. Take both tablets in 1L of water at once, or two seperate 500ml doses. You decide!
- Party: Had a big night? Take 1 tablet in 500ml of water before bed and 1 in the morning to feel refreshed!

1Above citrus tablets are sugar-free, using Stevia as a sweetener. Our berry flavour contains a very small amount of sugar.
1Above products are safe for children. We recommend diluting our products by doubling the required water amount.
The timeframe estimated on the website is the expected transit time for the shipment, i.e. starts when your order has left our warehouse until it get delivered. Generally, it takes 1-3 working days for New Zealand orders and 5-15 working days for non-trackable international shipments.
In addition, we aim to dispatch your order with 1-2 working days from the time your order is placed. However, this might take longer during holiday seasons or due to the stock availability or the volume of orders we get. Please note we do not have any control over the delivery time once your order has been dispatched.
If you are not entirely satisfied with your order, you may be entitled to a refund. Our refund policy is as follows:
- We do not refund for change of mind purchases.
- Items must be returned in original packaging. Please note, we cannot offer refunds on products where the seal is not in place or has been broken.
- We are unable to refund the initial shopping cost of your order. Shipping expenses will not be refunded in any case including, but not limited to returns.
- We will refund the value of the product(s) total. Refunds will be given in the same form of payment as the original purchase. If a returned item was apart of a sale or promotion, the item will be refunded at the discounted price or as the percentage price paid, not the full retail price.
- Your refund will be processed as soon as the product you have returned is inspected by our team and it is confirmed that it fits within our returns policy.
- We wil lnotify you via e-mail once we have recieved and processed the returned product(s). Once the return has been approved, it may take 2-3 days for the refund to be reflected on your account.
