Shipping policy

• FREE shipping within New Zealand for orders over NZ$70. Orders are generally shipped via Courier Post and require a signature. Please contact us if you prefer delivery without a signature.

• FREE shipping to Australia for orders over NZ$100.

• FREE shipping worldwide for orders over NZ$150.

Free shipping orders outside of New Zealand are shipped via NZ Post (non-trackable) and typically take up to 15 working days to arrive after dispatch.

Trackable express shipping via DHL Express is available at checkout. Delivery usually takes 2-5 working days once dispatched. We highly recommend this option for a faster and more reliable service.

For international orders, GST, customs charges, and/or duties may apply, depending on your country's regulations. We recommend checking with your local customs service before ordering. Please note that pricing does not include these charges.

Shipping to the UK: If your order is under £135 (approx. NZ$290), we collect VAT on behalf of HMRC, meaning you should not have to pay import tax or duty.
