Refund policy
If you are not entirely satisfied with your order, you may be entitled to a refund. Our refund policy is as follows:
- We do not refund for change of mind purchases.
- Items must be returned in original packaging.
- Please note, we cannot offer refunds on products where the seal is not in place or has been broken.
- We are unable to refund the initial shipping cost of your order. Shipping expenses will not be refunded in any case including, but not limited to returns.
- We will refund the value of the product(s) total. Refunds will be given in the same form of payment as the original purchase. If a returned item was apart of a sale or promotion, the item will be refunded at the discounted price or as the percentage price paid, not the full retail price.
- Your refund will be processed as soon as the product you have returned is inspected by our team and it is confirmed that it fits within our returns policy.
- We will notify you via e-mail once we have received and processed the returned product(s). Once the return has been approved, it may take 2-3 days for the refund to be reflected on your account.
