I find 1 above really helps keeping me hydrated when travelling and I have noticed that it also helps ease jet lag, I wouldn’t be without them on long haul trips
I used these on a recent trip overseas. I saw rhem at the airport and only picked ip 1 packet. I used them on the flight and for the first couple of days and was very happy with them. Have ordered more for my next trip.
The five stars is based on previous orders. I forgot to order well in advance and only did my order on the Sunday, for a Friday departure. Sadly it didn’t arrive until after I left. I was happy to find the product in a shop in Singapore airport, so used that. I now have a good supply for my Europe trip in March next year.
I used 1Above for the first time last year on a trip to the US and found it absolutely brilliant. For the first time, I didn't get that overwhelming feeling of needing to sleep during the day. This time I bought it for a friend who is in Canada at this moment and I'm waiting to hear how she found it. I will certainly buy it for my granddaughter who is coming to the antipodes from France later in the year.
