Unfortunately still felt rather jet lagged on the first day even tho had a few on the flight and in the morning so wouldn't jump to buying these again as they were expensive.

It makes such a difference

I have used 1Above for at least 8 years when travelling overseas. I was impressed from the very first time of use as I had no jet lag on arrival or on my return to NZ. I have recommended it to friends all over the World and can truly say this is a great product and worth every dollar spent on them.
My last trip was only a 5 hour time difference and I was dreading that as it’s the one that can affect sleep the most. I was pleasantly surprised when there were no issues on either ends of my travel.

I highly recommend them.

Fantastic product

1 Above is extraordinary! Took it on a long haul flight (over 20 hours travelling) and arrived with no jet lag at all! Headed home drinking this product and again no jet lag despite a lack of opportunities to sleep. I will never travel without 1 above! Incredible product.

Great product

Loved these. Used on my long-haul flight to New York (didn't take every 2 hours as suggested but managed a few doses). Also used in the extreme heat in Florida and when I got home and was sick and they helped me stay hydrated. Made a real difference and would definitely use again.

Great for work

These tablets are amazing, I have **** **** **** and I am using them in conjunction with some other pills. Apart from these tablets being amazing when you are travelling they are also great for a boost at work and are made up of goodies! A lot better than Boosts from the supermarket! ;)

Amazing stuff not only for traveling

This stuff is amazing, if you use it like the instructions say it works a treat. I used it the other day to go to UK and I felt great. I didn't use it on the way home and had jetlag for like 10 days! I now have a tablet most days at work, great if you are having a low in the afternoon and also packed with goodness to keep your immunity up. A++ 1Above

Horrified by quantity for the price!

Not used yet. And I do hope it will be worth it. I had no idea I was getting two very small tubes of effervescent tablets for $85. it was insanely overpriced.

Perfect for travel

Best purchase for a 13hr flight

I decided to purchase these tablets before a 13 hour flight as I used 1-Above for a couple of long haul-ish flights and found I was less jet lagged.

It was the best decision I had made - the tablets kept me hydrated during my flight and I was able to get up go when I arrived at my destination without feeling groggy, run down or like a zombie.

Best for jet lag

Berry flavoured A1 tabs

Very easy to use, we break 1 in half and put in glass and have instead of a juice at lunchtime. Then we know we are hydrated and good to go for afternoon!
