I love one above. I started using it several years ago on long haul flights and it helps me so much with jet lag and staying hydrated. I start using it in water about three days before I fly and then the entire time I’m traveling I drink it and when I get off the plane, I just feel so much better. I can’t say enough good things about this drink to me, it is a must have for travelers, especially business travelers.

I used 1Above for the first time last year on a trip to the US and found it absolutely brilliant. For the first time, I didn't get that overwhelming feeling of needing to sleep during the day. This time I bought it for a friend who is in Canada at this moment and I'm waiting to hear how she found it. I will certainly buy it for my granddaughter who is coming to the antipodes from France later in the year.

Absolutely rate it for fighting dehydration and jet lag. I’ve used this on all my long haul flights the last few years and I swear by it. Pretty much no jet lag if you take it regularly.

I have been using above from 2018 when I first saw it at the NZ Auckland airport and been using it since. Works well for me with keeping me hydrated on flights and reduces the jet lag on long haul flights. Definitely recommend it.

I don’t know what type of witchery this is, but 1Above Jetlag Relief Tablets really worked for me.

I flew from NZ to UK with a 21-hour layover in Dubai and kept one tablet in a 1L bottle between my usual hydration salts and topped up as often as possible using water fountains and asking on the plane. I even had a wine or two on the planes.

Normally, when I land, I crash straight away - but this time, I went straight onto a 3-hour train ride to my home city, then to a pub lunch and a few drinks with family.

I’ve been awake since 2am and it’s now 8pm on my first full day. While I’m definitely tired, I’m not the usual foggy, lethargic mess and family have noticed a huge difference. The price point was a bit of a battle mentally but im going to keep up with the pack of 4 for my entire trip now I and top up for when I arrive home.

I absolutely love this item and use it every time I fly long distance. Not only do I use it during the flights but a couple weeks before and afterwards I find that it helps me drink More water, which helps me stay more hydrated, and I also really don’t have the effects of Jetlag. I’ve also used it when I’m not feeling that great and again it just works.

We have been using this product for years - possibly for 20-25 years or ever since we noticed it first on Auckland Airport when it was in blue bottles of liquid solution. My wife used to get swollen feet after long flights and 1Above worked like a wonder. Ever since not only we have been using it for all our extensive international travels from NZ but also recommended it to scores of friends and relatives.

I have started using this every day as part of my breakfast routine as I wanted to see what differences (if any) extended and continuous use made, having really only used it occasionally in the past when tired.

Three weeks in l have felt significantly more energised and focused, particularly in the afternoons.

I routinely fly north of 100K miles per year. 1Above has become a mainstay for my travel, especially as I'm exposed to 11 - 13 hr time zone changes. It allows my to hit the ground running, no matter which direction I'm going. Nicely done!

These tablets are amazing, if you use them on overseas travel diligently I can basically guarantee you won't get jetlag! These are also great for every day use as they are packed with vitamins. Instead of your 4th coffee for the day you can have one of these and they will give you more energy and goodness than a coffee! These tablets are a winner.

I travel overseas for work and to visit family. The worst part was always reaching my destination with very swollen ankles, feeling tired and uncomfortable; symptoms which could last for a days. I just love 1above. I use it almost daily and each time I do exercise or have maybe that one too many drinks. It’s like magic.

We have just been to the US for 2 weeks. Every day and evening was packed with adventure and meeting friends.
I honestly don't think we could have kept up without 1 above!
We had 3 on the day of flying and one every morning while we were away. Can literally feel the difference as you drink it. Have also had one every day for a few days after getting home.
Honestly if you are traveling it's a must. Both flavours are nice but prefer the berry. Good to have a bit of variation so grab both!
