How to take 1Above
  1. Travel: Take 1 tablet in 500ml (17 fl oz) water every 2–3 hours during your flight (while awake). Do not take more than 7 tablets in 24 hours. For best results, take 2 tablets daily 2–3 days before departure to prepare your body, and 2–3 days after arrival to support recovery.
  2. Work: Take 2 tablets daily
  3. Party: Take 1 before bed and 1 in the morning

Rule of thumb

Travel: Take 1 tablet (dissolved in 500mL of water) every 2–3 hours of flying while awake. For best results, take 2 tablets per day for the two days before and after travel. Maximum 7 tablets per day.

The best out there!

These are just amazing, I use them most days even when I am not travelling! The best go to tablet to give you energy. The berry one is my favorite and a great flavor. Low calories too!

Works so well!!

The best hydration tablet out there

This product is an absolute winner! Especially for overseas travel, but I take this during the week too. Awesome to keep your vitamins up and also gives you a boost when you are having a low at work. Just an all round awesome invention! Two great flavors to choose from also!

I have used 1 above for years now and I would be seriously worried if I had to travel without it. It is insane. My husband who is anti most things takes this with him as he travels a lot. Only disappointment is that the shop has gone from Auckland airport

Don't travel without it!

One above is easy to drink and definitely keeps jet lag at bay. Don't go on a long haul flight without it! Start taking before you leave home and then can also be used as a pick me up when feeling overtired when on holiday and again when you come home again!

Very pleased and refreshed traveller

I have never used 1 Above before but travelled from NZ to USA for a 1 week business conference and wanted to be on top all the time so tried 1 Above, absolutely marvelous, it worked and I felt well and alert the whole time away and didn't have any jet lag when I got home.
