Importance of Hydration
Some symptoms of dehydration include:
- Thirst
- Dry mouth/skin
- Dizziness/Nausea
- Headache
- Fatigue/Tiredness

Hydration tips:
- Drink plenty of water throughout the day even when you are not thirsty
- Avoid alcohol/caffeine/sugary beverages
- Eating water-rich foods such as salads and fruit
- Drink before, during, and after exercise
